Step 5: Entering Certification Information

 

1.      Left single-click on the ‘Certification' tab, this is located at the top of the Treatment Plans screen.

2.      Enter the Initial Treatment Plan note date.

3.      Left single-click on one or more of the check boxes indicating that the plan has been certified, is ready to be certified, or has ended.
