The Tests and Measurements entry screen allows therapist to enter additional information relating to measurements and diagnostic tests for a specific patient. This optional screen gives therapists the ability to customize their own tests and measurements, use one of the many standardized tests and measurements that are currently available within the iMAPR system, and add additional narrative notes to a specific patient.
