Step 6: Viewing the Patient Medical Diagnostic Codes Information

 

1.      Left single-click on the ‘Diagnostic Codes' tab.

 

Note:

 

Patients are admitted into therapy based on whether they have a discipline rehabilitation ICD-9. This screen allows therapists and users with higher clearance to view and edit the diagnostic codes associated with a patient’s prior plan.
