Step 8: Entering Patient Evaluation Service Date

 

1.      Left single-click on the ‘Evaluation Visit' tab, located near the top of the Physical Therapy Initial Assessment screen.

2.      Enter the date of the evaluation, the type of evaluation performed, and the length of service in minutes.
