Step 8: Entering Patient Functional Goals

 

1.      Left single-click on the ‘Goals’ tab to enter, update, and add new long and short-term goals establish for the patient’s plan of treatment.

 

Note to Users:

 

This optional screen allows you to enter both short and long-term goals that you have established for the patient’s plan of treatment. All bolded Fields are required should the user decide to enter a patient goal.
