Physical Therapy Patient Discontinuation

 

Discontinuing patients from physical therapy is done via the progress note entry screen that consists of there separate tabs that the user can move through by clicking on the various tabs. The last note entered will automatically be pulled into the screen eliminating the need to re-enter information that has remained unchanged.
