Step 5: Entering General Information

 

1.      Left single-click on the ‘General' tab that is located in the middle of the Test/Measurements.

2.      Enter the Test/Measurement date.

 

 

Note to Users: The optional ‘Test Notes’ field allows you to enter free-form text relating to the test/measurement for the patient.
