Service Summary Report

This report provides information about the types of physical therapy treatments provided, total minutes the service took to provide, and total minutes of therapy that a patient received on any given day within a date range. Users have the option to print the report, save it as a file, or electronically transmit it as an Adobe PDF file.

Note:

This report can only be run on a month-by-month basis.
