The Updated Treatment plan report contains information directly related to a patient’s Updated Treatment Plan (CMS/HCFA 701). This report contains information relating to short and long-term functional goals, therapy treatment plan, reasons for continuing therapy, information relating to the needs for functional improvement, dates of recertification, patient family education, etc. Users have the option to print the report, save it as a file, or electronically transmit it as an Adobe PDF file.
