Step 5: Entering the Freq./Demo Information
1. Left single-click on the ‘Freq./Demo' tab located near the top of the Initial Assessment Screen.
2. Enter the assessment note.
3. Left single-click on one or more of the check boxes indicating that the plan has been certified, is ready to be certified, or has ended.
