Occupational Therapy Initial Treatment Plan

 

The initial treatment plan consists of five separate tabs that the user can move around in by clicking on the various tabs. The user also has the ability to generate an Initial Treatment Plan (CMS/HCFA 700) automatically during the Initial Assessment data entry process (see ‘Occupational Therapy Patient Process: Patient Initial Assessment’).
