Physical Therapy Initial Assessment

 

The initial assessment consists of six separate tabs that the user can move through by clicking on the various tabs. System Administrator and Rehabilitation Director Security clearances have the ability to both edit and view a patient’s initial assessment from a prior plan by accessing the ‘Physical Therapy Discontinue Patient Chart’. All other security clearances can only view the information that has been entered in a patient’s prior plan initial assessment.
