Physical Therapy Updated Treatment Plan

 

The Updated Treatment Plan consists of five separate tabs that the user can move around in by clicking on the various tabs. Either the initial assessment or the last progress note, whichever is the most recent, will be pulled into the tabbed screens eliminating the need to re-type information that has remained unchanged.
