Step 13: Entering Patient Evaluation Service Date

 

1.      Left single-click on the ‘Visit' tab, this is located near the top of the Speech Therapy - Dysphagia Initial Assessment screen.

2.      Enter the date of the evaluation, the type of evaluation performed, and the length of service in minutes.
