The initial assessment consists of 11 separate tabs that the user can move around in by clicking on the various tabs. The user also has the ability to enter the patient’s dates of certification resulting in the iMAPR system automatically generating an Initial Treatment Plan (CMS/HCFA 700) that eliminates the need to go to a different screen to enter this information.
