Step 8: Entering Patient Evaluation Service Date

 

1.      Left single-click on the ‘Evaluation Visit' tab, this is located near the top of the Occupational Therapy Initial Assessment screen.

2.      Enter the date of the evaluation, the type of evaluation performed, and the length of service in minutes.
